NOV 15th - DEC 15th: Individual sign up for members
DEC: Online ordering program is updated with newest elements
FEB 1st: All orders have to be placed and finalized
FEB 1st - OCT 30th: Orders are approved, invoiced and shipped out.
OCT 30th - Final ship out date from Billund for LUGBULK orders.
FAQ:
Q: Do we need to signup participants by December 1st?
A: No, you need an estimate for us to estimate the workload and for you to ensure that you will realistically meet the minimum requirements for ordering.
Q: Can we join with another LUG to meet the minimum requirements?
A: Yes you can, but you have to do so when you sign up - use this comment thread [https://lan.lego.com/topics/1-topics/phase/2-topics/submissions/13#comment-...] to coordinate. Please note that it will be treated as one order, one shipping address, one billing address and one contact person.
Q: In regards to the LUGBULK programme. What information do I need to require for those participating in the order? Do they all need LEGO ID or do I just need to provide their names?
A: Those participating in the order will have to submit their full name, e-mail and age. The e-mail is needed for a confirmation e-mail that they are participating. All LUGBULK contact persons will recieve a link which the members have to follow and individually sign up their participation.
Q: All individual signups will have to be completed by December 15th. Can you explain that a bit more detailled?
A: All members will have to follow the distributed link and individually sign up and confirm their participation in the LUGBULK program.
Q: There are LUGs that have not yet received this year´s LUGBULK, is there some sort of plan to shorten waiting times for LUGBULK 2015?
A: No, sadly there is not. In fact the growth requires us to set a new deadline for ship out from Billund to being October 30th
Q: I have a question related to the LUGBULK program. Will we receive the requirements to be eligible to participate in LUGBULK? Other years there was a requirement based on number of members, number of shows etc. This year according to the FAQ LUGBULK form, the main requirements are that we are 18+ and we need to meet the minimum order amount of 25,000 DKK per RLUG (1,600 DKK maximum per member).
A: Once you are recognized and approved as an RLUG you are automatically ok'ed for the LUGBULK Program. You still have to meet the minimum requirements. Read the rules and guidelines for precise requirements.
Q: What is the shipping fee?
A: Inside the European Union it is 6%, outside the European Union it is 12%
Q: When is payment due?
A: As soon as we have confirmation from the warehouse that the order is deliverable, we will write the invoice and send it out. Upon receiving the invoice you have 30 days to make payment through IBAN (international bank transfer).
